REFLECTIONS IN COMMON

PRIVATE, PAVILION, 2023




Pavilion for the opening of the UNESCO World Capital of Architecture, held in Copenhagen in 2023. Titled Reflections in Common, the pavilion uses mirrors to create an illusion of infinity. Filled with wild, local, robust plants, it offers an unexpected experience in one of Copenhagen’s busiest spots. By figuratively merging the two worlds - the built and the natural - in one reflection inside the pavilion, the aim is to recast them as one, interdependent organism.
